My daughter is half Malaysian. I have submitted her photo to the testing people who are claiming that someone who is not Malaysian is her father. They insist that it is a physical anomily that she looks like the Malaysian guy. How can you accidently look Malaysian??!
I have insisted that the person they claim is her father is sterile(supported by sperm test results) and I was not having a sexual relationship with him. It is my ex-husband. We were in the process of a divorce and I had begun seeing someone else. They swear that maybe a sperm was inside me for months and then magically,it decided to get active.

The first test done on Mr Wong was at Vancouver general Hospital. He refused to come if I was there. I signed a blank consent form. (Not knowing any better and not receiving any input from my lawyer who was also a personal friend of Mr Wongs) The person on the consent form claiming to have drawn my blood and my daughters blood and His blood, wasn't there and did not draw mine or my daughters blood. Vancouver General refused to investigate and will not even verify the whereabouts of that technician on the day and at the time of the blood draw. This is actual fraud.
Subsequent testing on Mr Carey has been done at Calgary Childrens hospital, Helix Biotech, Microdiagnostics, anyone remember that weird Dr. that kept showing up on those Show's doing paternity testing, Allen Gelb, Genelex, dna-Id labs, Technical Associates etc all insist that he is her father.

Subsequent testing
After three years of legal fighting, the courts found enough discrepancy in the Hospital's testimony and a disturbing similarity in appearance in my child and Mr wong, to re-open the case. They asked that Mr Carey, my ex-husband be added to the case and that he go for testing first. It came back claiming him to be the father. I have been fighting this false testing ever since. The Hospitals again, do not answer anything, insisting they will only talk to my lawyer, by this process keeping my costs high, trying to bankrupt me, and then make the stupidist suggestions I have ever heard. Some of which I have already mentioned. My lawyer is not permitted to deal with the DNA issue by dictate of the provincial body the legal aide system. To be honest, I don't think this bothers her as she rarely returns my calls and refuses to follow my instructions and has made it clear that she thinks I should just say that Ron Carey is her father and be done with it. This would be perjury but, what the hell, huh? I refuse to provide my child with a false identity. This is important as nothing else is. I will never give that to her.

The other pages on this site are home to the horror stories of several other women who are fighting the same battle. Some are farther ahead, some a little further behind. It depends on how much energy that person had to fight with. Cynthia is the second woman , Jeannette the third, and Pat the fourth. Pat is in Austrailia, Jeanette in south Africa, and Cynthia is in the U.S. We have sent our tests throughout the world looking for honesty. Did not for one moment occur to us that they are a very small group and they all talk to each other. And unfortunately for us, they all support each other in their fraud. After all, a discreditation of the system would jeapardize the credibility of the procedure and ruin the great money they make. Anything for a buck! My disgust grows daily. This issue has been put before the ombudsomans office as well as the Freedom of Information offices here in B.C Canada and the freedom of Information in Calgary Alberta Canada. They have done nothing but mock me and refuse to assist in any way despite evidence that there is a problem here. It must be that the government would not like DNA testing to be questionable in any way as opposed to actually assisting the victims of this fraud. My MLA Kevin Falcon has joined them. We have held other organizations as unquestionable in their honesty and integrity. The police, the medical establishment. Over time we have found that some were not so honest and that the rest would do anything to support them. It takes a rare, and special person to speak the truth in these circumstances. We have found over time, that no group of people are that god like in their behavior. There is always the probability of fraud. DNA testing is a for profit organization. What won't they do for money? Apparently not much. They are prepared to steal from my child, and many other children. You cannot sink lower than this.
